Engage Toms River has become such a successful program because we have true community collaboration in the collective leadership, time and commitment of the Community Art Project (CAP), Toms River Artists Community (TRAC), Business Improvement District (BID), Toms River Branch of the Ocean County Library, Congressman MacArthur, Mayor Kelaher, and the Toms River Town Council.
But all that collaboration would have meant nothing without the incredible talent of our winner Elizabeth Paseler and the tenacious work of our Engage Toms River Curator, Yvonne Yaar.
The Engage Toms River Community Mural Project has seen thousands of Toms River’s citizens participate – from our 42 outstanding entrants to the voters, painters and countless volunteers who have given their time, talent and energy.

To immortalize the great work of our community, we have employed The Production House to create a documentary and time lapse video of the work. Get ready to be a star!
